Where we ship
We ship across the United States and to many countries worldwide. You'll see whether we ship to your address, and the exact cost, at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
- United States: most orders arrive in about 3 to 5 days.
- International: it depends on the destination and the shipping option you pick at checkout.
Made-to-order and reworked pieces can take longer to get ready. When they do, the product page says so.
Cost
- United States: Economy shipping is $4.90. Faster UPS options are priced at checkout.
- International: USPS and DHL Express rates are shown at checkout.
- Auction wins: shipping is free.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.
Customs and duties
International orders may owe import duties or taxes when they arrive. These are set by your country and aren't included in our prices. You pay them.
Lost or wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is lost in transit or stuck in tracking for a long time, email lussoclothingstore@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier. We can't cover packages sent to an incorrect address you entered.
